Chenoa 4th of July Celebration

The 4th of July celebration in Chenoa is the community event of the year! This annual event is known across central Illinois as the place to be on the 4th of July. The Chenoa community fund raises all year in order to host the day long event. You won’t want to miss the parade, flea market, food and most importantly, the fireworks

Illinois Route 66 Red Carpet Corridor Festival

Its that time of year again. The “Garage Sales Red Carpet Corridor Weekend” will begin on Friday, May 4th and again on Saturday, May 5th. Registration fee is $10. Bring your list of items and fee to Carol Johnson at Heartland Bank. The deadline to sign up is May 2.

It is all about family fun on the most famous road in America – Route 66. The Illinois Route 66 Red Carpet Corridor Festival takes place May 4-5.

Sponsored by the twelve communities which make up the 90- mile linear museum from Joliet to Towanda, the festival invites everyone to experience the good life in the slow lane.
