CHENOA Check In: Tagging of items to be sold will start at 5:00 a.m. and end at 9:30 a.m. Enter sale area at Fire Station and proceed north. Unloading of items in the absence of sales personnel is prohibited. SALE TERMS: A 15% commission will be charged per tagged item. Each tagged item selling for $3.00 or less will be considered donated. $2.00 will be charged for each "No Sale" of a tagged item. Items accepted are at the discretion of the tagger. A nonrefundable $25.00 fee is charged at check-in of licensed vehicles. Buyer of vehicle pays seller direct, and seller provides clear title. Checks will be mailed within 10 working days, provided seller has given complete mailing address at check-in. No dogs, cats, firearms, pesticides, chemicals, or canned goods are allowed. Tires must be on usable rims. Seller is responsible to remove items not sold. Buyer is responsible to remove items bought. Once the items are auctioned, the items are the buyers' responsibility and must be paid for at the sale office. No private sales. Items must be removed from the street within 1 hour after the end of the sale, unless other arrangements are made with sale office staff. The Chenoa Community Sale and the Chenoa Fourth of July Committee are not responsible for accidents, misrepresentation or loss of items. SPONSORED
